Origin Notes and History:

Ladysmith Bog Ecological Reserve established per Order in Council # 592, 30 April 1996, containing 141 hectares more or less. Name changed to Yellow Point Bog Ecological Reserve per Bill 50:2004, Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole containing approximately 138 hectares.
