Shown as a expansion of Elmer Creek on BC Lands' map 4C (Elmer Creek drains south through Elmer Lake then turns east and drains into Mark Creek); identified as "at the head of Elmer Creek" in the 1953 BC Gazetteer; no streams draining south into/through Elmer Lake on current maps; Elmer Lake seems to drain eastward through roadside ditches and culverts into Mark Creek.
