Established per Bill 15-2001: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2001, 11 April 2001; the whole containing 95 ha. more or less. Area expanded per Bill 38-2008: Protected Areas of British Columbia (Conservancies and Parks) Amendment Act, 23 May 2008; the whole now containing approximately 2254 hectares (164 hectares of upland and 2090 hectares of foreshore).
