Origin Notes and History:

Adams Lake Recreation Area was established per Order in Council 8, 7 January 1988; name confirmed 1 February 1988 on 82L/13. Foreshore added and status changed to a Provincial Park, to be known as Adams Lake Park, per Bill 29: Park Amendment Act 1997, 23 July 1997, the whole containing 43 hectares more or less.
