Established per Order in Council 585, 30 April 1996, containing 1,158 ha. Conversion of OIC to Statute designation per Bill 29-1997: Park Amendment Act, 1997, 23 July 1997; the whole containing 1158 ha. more or less. Redescribed per Bill 50-2004: Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole now containing approximately 1,235 hectares
