Conversion of OIC to Statute designation and boundary extended per Bill 86, Park Amendment Act 1999, 28 June 1999, the whole now containing 62,319 hectares more or less. Boundary redescribed per Bill 50-2004: Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole now containing approximately 62,255 hectares.
