Slade Mountain adopted in the 18th Report of the Geographical Board of Canada, 31 March 1924; not "Boulder Mountain" as had been labelled on Dominion Sectional sheet 113, Spillimacheen, 1914. Form of name changed to Mount Slade 9 June 1960 on 82K.
