Ferndale (Station) submitted for 92G/3h, as identified in BCER Time Table, 16 March 1948. BC records indicate the name was rescinded 21 November 1961, but Geographic Board files indicate that the name was submitted but never approved, eventually rejected 21 May 1974.

Ferndale station was between Garden City and Lansdowne stations on BC Electric Railway's Steveston Line. CPR took over BCER line to Lulu Island in December 1956, and "Ferndale" was not listed in subsequent timetables.
