"East Arm (Quesnel Lake)" distinguished on Amos Bowman's 1887 map of the Cariboo Mining District. "East Arm of Quesnel Lake" identified in the 1930 BC Gazetteer; although extending from the east, this is the main body of Quesnel Lake.
