Established per Bill 53: Park Amendment Act 1995, 13 July 1995, the whole containing 10,829 ha. more or less. Boundary redescribed per Bill 10-2009: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 20 October 2009; the whole now containing approximately 10,987 hectares (10,971 hectares of upland and 16 hectares of foreshore).
