Lower Nimpkish Park established by Bill 53: Park Amendment Act 1995, 13 July 1995, containing 264 ha. Boundary adjusted per Bill 29: Park Amendment Act 1997, 23 July 1997, to exclude access route to IR 4, and to include islands & islets in the river adjacent to the park; the whole now containing 200 ha. more or less.
