Gladstone Park established by Bill 53: Park Amendment Act 1995, 13 July 1995, to include the areas formerly designated as Texas Creek Park and Ole Johnson Park; the whole containing 39,322 ha. more or less. Redescribed per Bill 50-2004: Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole now containing approximately 39,387 hectares. The boundary redescribed 10 March 2022 per Bill 3: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2022; An addition of 6 hectares of land that the Ministry purchased in 2019; 14 hectares of Crown foreshore is also added to this park. The whole now containing approximately 39,407 hectares.
