Name required for water licence purposes. In the absence of any known name, "Estshi" was chosen, being the word for "nose" in the Tahltan language, and referring to the shape of the upper reaches of this creek; helicopter pilots use this distinctive 'hook-nose creek' as a visual landmark when flying down the Iskut to the coast.
