Adjacent to the former Killiney steamer landing. "(At one time called Sprouls Landing) ....about 3 miles north of Shorts Point. Named after the Hill of Killiney, Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland (his native place) by Harry Percy Hodges, settler here in 1903; previously bookkeeper at Coldstream Ranch; married Arabel M. Ricardo, sister of W. C. Ricardo. Died at Victoria, 1922." (12th Report of the Okanagan Historical Society, citing J. B. Weeks, N. H. Caesar, and Mrs. Hodges, Abbotsford.)
