Conversion of OIC to Statute designation per Bill 10: Protected Areas of BC Amendment Act, 20 October 2009, still containing approximately 7 hectares. Cancelled per Bill 5: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 16 March 2013, and transferred to local government for administration as a municipal park.
