Little Toquart Creek adopted 3 December 1946 on 92F/3. Coordinates of mouth altered 31 March 1982 on 92F/3 by BC and 21 July 1983 on 92F/3 by DIAND. Spelling changed to Little Toquaht Creek 1 April 2011, per the provisions of the Maa-nulth Treaty.
