Holberg Inlet adopted 6 April 1926 on Ottawa file OBF 0988, as recommended by Hydrographic Service; not "West Arm (Quatsino Sound)" as identified on earlier charts. Re-approved 6 May 1947 on 102I/9, 3 June 1947 on 92L/12 and 6 November 1952 on 102I.
