Named to remember Canadian Army 2nd Lieutenant Maurice Henry Willoughby, from New Westminster; serving with Westminster Regiment (Motors), RCIC, when he died 28 July 1941, age 32 (location and circumstances not cited). Buried at Ocean View Cemetery, Burnaby. Survived by wife Muriel E. Willoughby, and by parents James and Ada Willoughby, all of New Westminster.
