Named to remember Canadian Army Private Clarence Tran, K49240, from Port Coquitlam. Serving with 1st Btn, Canadian Scottish Regiment, RCIC, when he was killed in action 7 October 1944, age 34. Buried at Adegem Canadian War Cemetery, Belgium, grave VII, H, 11. Survived by parents Frank and Minnie Tran, Port Coquitlam.
