A Tahltan word meaning "man and goat." This pointed summit is distinct and separate from the rest of the mountain mass, and resembles a man and a goat when viewed from a distance. According to legend, a man climbed the rock to kill a goat, and when he was unsuccessful his curses rang throughout the valley; as a consequence, both man and goat were turned to stone.
