Adopted 14 August 1962 on 93J/15 as listed on 1953 Gazetteer and on Reference Maps 3C "Stuart Lake" (1940, 1949). Submission in 1962 highlights that Hodda Creek does not drain into Hodda Lake, as previously recorded on Reference Maps 3C "Stuart Lake" (1940, 1949).
