The Ferguson brothers, David & Andrew, were prospectors associated with numerous silver-lead claims in the Lardeau area in the 1890s. David Ferguson died at Saanichton in 1903; Andrew Ferguson was still living in Vancouver in 1949. See also Ferguson (locality)
