The falls are in a gorge approximately 200-300 yards long, on the Kettle River at Power House, just below the railway crossing (September 1973 advice from J. McKay, Fish & Wildlife Branch, stationed at Grand Forks). BC Mineral Reference Map 6, 1932, identifies the word "falls", without a specific name.
