Headwaters in the vicinity of 52° 41' - 119°50'. Flows into Azure Lake at 52°24'28" - 119°56'20", then exits Azure Lake and continues SW into Clearwater River. The downstream channel of Azure River, between Azure Lake and Clearwater River, is approximately 200m long.
