Arrow Creek (Post Office) adopted 7 December 1937 on Geological Survey sheet 603A, Nelson; form of name changed to Arrow Creek (Settlement) 6 December 1951 on Columbia River Basin manuscript 61, then changed to Arrow Creek (Community) 8 February 1963 on 82 F/SE.
