INAC # 07564. Cunningham Lake Indian Reserve 11 appeared in the 1972 Schedule of Indian Reserves and Settlements. Reserve name changed to Ye Koos Lee Indian Reserve 11 by Band Council Resolution 29 January 1990. Tl'azt'en Nations change to Tl'azt'en Nation by BCR dated 2 April 1996.
