Established per Bill 15-2001: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 11 April 2001; the whole containing 149 ha. more or less. Redescribed per Bill 50-2004: Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole containing approximately 233 hectares (195 hectares of upland and 38 hectares of foreshore). Boundary redescribed per Bill 8-2015: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 25 March 2015, the whole now containing approximately 397 hectares (321 hectares of upland and 76 hectares of foreshore).
