Translation not provided. The name has also been written Kwaustums and gwa'yasdams. Exact location not recorded: is this on Gwayasdums IR 1, ie. is this the old name for Health Bay (locality)? Gwayasdums was destroyed by the Nuxalk in the 1850's, and most of the surviving Kwiksootainuk joined the Mamalilikulla at Memkoomlish.
