Translation not provided. The name has also been written "mit'ap" and "Meetup". This former village site and fishing area was utilized by the Kwiksootainuk and Mamalilikulla. Alloted to the Mamalilikulla as a fishing station in 1879 by Sproat and later designated IR #2, Meetup; this site is said to have originally been owned by the Kwiksootainuk. Mit'apdzi and big mit'ap are other names for the same location.
