Established per Order in Council 589, 30 April 1996, containing 234 ha. Conversion of OIC to Statute designation and boundary adjusted per Bill 29: Park Amendment Act 1997, 23 July 1997. Area measurement corrected per Bill 86, Park Amendment Act 1999, 28 June 1999; the whole containing 285 hectares more or less.
