Origin Notes and History:

Champion Creek (Doukhabor settlement) adopted 6 December 1951 on Columbia River Basin manuscript 14, as identified in the 1930 BC Gazetteer. 1979 air photos show settlement to be razed and uncultivated. Name rescinded 31 May 1983 on 82F/4.
