Origin Notes and History:
Established by Order in Council 1188, 10 August 1989, containing 1.0 ha more or less. Conversion of OIC to Statute designation per Bill 50-2004: Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 17 May 2004; the whole still containing approximately 1.0 hectare. Area expanded per Bill 15: Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 19 May 2010, the whole now containing approximately 45 hectares (0.5 hectares of upland and 44.5 hectares of foreshore).
