Name extended to channel above Kathlyn Lake in October 1961, as advised by Water Rights Branch: flows east across Sec 8, 9, 10, Tp 1A, and across railway tracks into west side of Kathlyn Lake. Headwaters channel confirmed July 2006 by Water Management Branch: source in the vicinity of 54 48 39 - 127 17 32 then flows northeast through Sec 9, then southeast through Sec 10..... (file S.1.51)
