This creek flows through SL96, SL30 and Lot 4595 in a SE-NW direction. "Yasodhara" is the spelling on the original application for water rights. (May 1963 advice from Water Rights Branch)

"In 1906 a parcel of land was sold from Crown Granted land owned by the CPR [and] purchased by Robert Fraser Langford, who created a subdivision in 1907 called Yasodhara Estates. Yasodhara Creek and Langford Creek were both located on this parcel of land." (July 2011 information from Yasodhara Ashram Society, Kootenay Bay)
