Named to remember RCAF Flying Officer Philip Giles Milburn, J23416, from Prince George; serving as a pilot with 550 (RAF) Squadron when he was killed in action 23 April 1944, age 23. F/O Milburn is buried at Heverlee War Cemetery, Belgium, grave 5. E. 18. Survived by parents George and Amy Milburn, Prince George.
