Robson Glacier adopted 4 December 1923 for BC-Alberta Boundary Atlas sheet 32 & 32A, as identified in labelled on A.O. Wheeler's 1912 map "Topographical Map showing Mount Robson and Mountains of the Continental Divide" to accompany reports of the Alpine Club of Canada 1911 Expedition.
