Form of name changed to Departure Bay (Landing) 9 January 1981, and coordinates adjusted to 49 11 - 123 57 on 92 G/4. Form of name changed to Departure Bay (Community) 15 February 1983, and coordinates adusted to 49 12 - 123 58 on 92G/4.
